1. Booking request. All bookings are subject to availability and are only considered requested once the client submits the booking form.

2. Payment and confirmation. Payment is made by bank transfer only. A booking is not confirmed until the full payment has been received and manually approved by DejaVu.

3. Ticket price. Ticket options are €50 per person with dinner included, or €30 per person without dinner, unless otherwise stated in writing by DejaVu.

4. Event schedule. DejaVu opens on 25 April at 15.00 hrs and operates on Fridays and Saturdays, from 15:00 to 21:00. The client is responsible for selecting an available Friday or Saturday when submitting the booking request.

5. Refund policy. Tickets are not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the client, non attendance, late arrival, or change of personal plans.

6. Transfer policy. Tickets are transferable for up to 2 months from the original booked date, subject to availability and prior approval by DejaVu. Any transfer request must be made in advance and confirmed by DejaVu.

7. Customer responsibility. The client is responsible for ensuring that all booking details, including name, email address, phone number, selected date, and party size, are correct at the time of submission.

8. Changes by DejaVu. DejaVu reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, schedule, or booking arrangements where necessary. If an event cannot proceed as planned, DejaVu will contact the client using the details provided.

9. Admission. DejaVu reserves the right to refuse admission or service where necessary for operational, safety, or legal reasons.
